At Starmark, we ensure that your shopping experience is secure, convenient, and transparent. The following policy outlines the terms and conditions of payments for purchases made through Starmark, which is operated by Emami Frankross Ltd.

1. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following modes of payment for your online purchases:

  • Net Banking: Supported by major Indian banks.
  • UPI (Unified Payments Interface): Payments via UPI-enabled apps.
  • Mobile Wallets: Popular wallets like Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay, etc.
  • Gift Cards & Vouchers: Starmark gift cards, e-vouchers, or promotional coupons issued by Starmark.
2. EMI Options

Starmark offers EMI (Equated Monthly Instalment) options for eligible purchases made using select credit cards. The EMI terms, including interest rates and tenure, are determined by the respective banks. Please refer to your bank for details on applicable charges. All EMI transactions are subject to bank approval.


3. Payment Security

We prioritize the security of your payment information and use industry-standard encryption protocols (SSL) to ensure your details are protected at all times. All transactions on our platform are processed securely through trusted payment gateways.


4. Order Confirmation

Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with details of your order. This serves as a receipt for your purchase. If your payment is unsuccessful, please try again or contact your bank for further assistance.


5. Failed Transactions

6. Pricing and Taxes

All prices listed on the Starmark website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless specified otherwise. Any additional charges, such as shipping or delivery fees, will be displayed at checkout before you complete the payment.


7. Refund for Cancelled Orders

For orders that are cancelled before shipment, any paid amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 4-5 working days. Please note that refunds may take longer to reflect in your account depending on the processing time of your bank or payment provider.


8. Payment Disputes

In case of any payment disputes or discrepancies, Starmark (Emami Frankross Ltd.) will work to resolve the issue in coordination with the customer and the respective payment gateway or bank. Please notify us within 7 days of any unauthorized or incorrect charges. Any legal issues will be in Kolkata jurisdiction.


9. Payment for COD Orders

Currently, we do not accept COD orders.


10. EMI Rejection

If your EMI request is rejected by the bank, your order may be cancelled. In such cases, you will be notified, and you may choose an alternate payment method to complete the purchase.
