Starmark Return, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

At Starmark, customer satisfaction is important to us. We aim to provide clarity regarding our return, cancellation, and refund policies. Please review the following terms carefully before making a purchase.


1. Replacement Policy
We allow product replacements only under the following circumstances:
  • Manufacturing Defect: If the product has a verified manufacturing defect.
  • Damage During Transit: If the product has been damaged during transit.
In these cases, we will replace the product with the same item, subject to availability.

2. No Returns or Refunds

Starmark does not allow returns or refunds on any products unless a product meets the criteria for replacement due to manufacturing defects or damage during transit.


3. Requesting a Replacement
To request a replacement, please contact us:

You can also visit your nearest Starmark store to initiate the replacement process. Alternatively, we offer a reverse pickup service to collect the product from your location.


4. Refunds

Refunds are only applicable if the replacement product is not available in stock. In such cases, the refund will be processed to the original source of payment, and it may take 4-5 working days for the refund to reflect.


5. Return Process
  • Timeframe for Return Requests: You can request a return for eligible products within 5 days of delivery.
  • Once we receive the returned item, it will undergo a Quality Check (QC). If the item passes QC and meets the replacement criteria, we will accept the return and proceed with a replacement or refund, if applicable.

6. Non-Refundable/Non-Returnable Products
Please note that we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for the following:
  • Products that have been used or tampered with.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or incidental damages.
  • Products sold as part of a set or combination that cannot be returned individually.
  • Merchandise sold on discount during sale periods.

7. Refusal of Return Request

Starmark reserves the right to refuse or cancel any return request if it does not comply with our Returns Policy. In such cases, no refund will be issued, and you will not be able to raise a second request for the same product. Our decision on such matters shall be final and binding, and you agree not to hold us liable for any refusal or cancellation.


8. Order Cancellation by Starmark
We reserve the right to cancel orders for any of the following reasons:
  • Failure to comply with our terms or conditions.
  • Technical errors or issues.
  • Suspected credit fraud or avoidance.
  • Invalid or incorrect address provided by the user.
  • Malpractices such as bulk ordering for commercial resale.
  • Multiple orders for the same product at the same address.
  • Undelivered orders after three (3) attempts.
  • Rejection of an EMI offer by the bank.
  • Pricing or specification errors due to technical glitches.

9. Order Cancellation by the Customer

Customers may cancel their order before it is shipped for delivery. Once the product has been shipped, cancellation will not be allowed. If your cancellation request is accepted, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS. Starmark reserves the right to accept or reject cancellation requests at our discretion.


10. Order Cancellation and Stock Availability

All orders are subject to product availability. In case of stock shortages or supply issues, we will provide information about substitute products of the same or higher quality and value. If you choose not to accept the substitute, a refund will be provided for the original item.
